Terms of service

1. The service

TAPPYRA supplies NFC products and an online platform that resolves each product's unique code to a destination address chosen by the account holder who activated it.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for people aged 16 or over.

3. Activation

Each code may be activated once. Activation binds that code to your account permanently. You may not attempt to claim codes you did not receive lawfully, or to guess, enumerate or brute-force codes.

4. Acceptable use of destinations

You choose where your product points and you are responsible for that destination. You may not point a TAPPYRA product at content that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates another person or business. We may disable a code that breaches this clause and will tell you why.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced to account holders where practical.

6. Orders and pricing

Ordering is not open at the time of publication. Product pages display “Launching soon” instead of a price or checkout. The terms in force when ordering opens will apply.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for the content of any destination you set.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
