Dispatch

Orders will be packed and dispatched within three working days. Every order ships with a tracking reference sent to the email address on the order.

Delivery estimates

• Ireland: 1-2 working days
• European Union: 3-5 working days
• United Kingdom, United States and rest of world: 5-10 working days

Duties and import taxes outside the European Union are the recipient's responsibility.

Cancellation right

If you are a consumer in the European Union you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email, return the product unused and in its packaging, and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours unless the product is faulty or wrongly supplied.

Personalised items

Engraved or otherwise personalised products are made to order and are excluded from the cancellation right, except where they are faulty.

Faults and warranty

Every product carries a two-year warranty covering the NFC chip and manufacturing defects. Normal cosmetic wear is not covered. If a chip stops responding within the warranty period we will replace the product and transfer your existing code and destination to the replacement at no cost.

Activation and returns

Returning a product releases its code. If you have already activated it, we deactivate the code when the return is processed, and the destination you set stops resolving.
